Returns
We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

• Hosiery products – Due to the nature of hosiery, we can only accept returns for ladders if they were present when the pack was first opened.
• Hygiene policy – Returns are only accepted if items are unworn and in their original packaging.
• General condition – All items must be unused, in resalable condition, and include any original tags or labels.
• Return postage is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or damaged on arrival.
